In accordance with the relevant provisions and based on HLTU’s actual per-student education costs and operational situation, upon collective deliberation and approval, the adjustments to tuition and accommodation fees are hereby announced as follows:

I. Tuition Fees

Starting from 2026, the tuition fee standard of HLTU will be adjusted from 80,000 RMB per student per academic year to 100,000 RMB per student per academic year. This adjustment aims to further improve the quality of education and teaching and better meet the needs of students’ growth and success.

To protect the rights and interests of current students, the tuition fee standard for all students of the 2025 cohort will remain unchanged. They shall continue to pay tuition at the rate of 80,000 RMB per student per academic year as approved upon their enrollment until they complete all their studies.

II. Accommodation Fees

The accommodation fee will remain at the current standard of 9,600 RMB per student per academic year. We will effectively protect students’ accommodation rights and interests without increasing their accommodation burden.

III. Effective Date

This decision shall officially take effect starting from the 2026 Fall Semester.

The public is welcome to exercise supervision and report any problems.
